I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Podstrana. The location was perfect, situated right on the promenade with stunning views of the sea from the balcony. It was just a few steps down to the beautiful beaches, which were not crowded at all. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a compact kitchenette that had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and provided great service. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options.

This hotel offers great value for money. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised with everything it had to offer. The attention to detail was impressive. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very close to a stunning, thin concrete beach, and there are beautiful beaches just down the steps from the hotel. Even though it's not a sandy beach, the crystal-clear water makes up for it.

The location of the hotel was great, right on the seafront with stunning views from the balcony. the bus stop for Split city centre was conveniently located next to the hotel, making it easy to grab a quick drink while waiting for the bus. the beach was just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for a day of sun and relaxation.

The bathroom had some issues with drainage, causing a slight unpleasant smell in the room.

I recently stayed in an apartment in the area and have to say the location was perfect for my needs. Being close to regular public transport meant I could easily get to all the business meetings I needed to attend. the stunning sea views from the balcony allowed me to relax after a hard day's work. I also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, which allowed me to save some money by cooking for myself.

The noise from the nearby road. It could get quite loud at times, which made it difficult to concentrate on work or relax in the apartment.

The apartment had a great view of the sea and was very spacious. the location was perfect for exploring the local area and there were many restaurants and bars nearby. the friendly staff even offered a pick-up service from the airport which was a real help.

The apartment did not have any heating and it was quite cold during the winter period. the noise from the road nearby could be quite loud at times which disturbed our peace during the night.
